Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Dental Claim Desk website and the services provided under the Dental Claim Desk brand by Lumora Healthcare LLP.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lumora Healthcare LLP, trading as Lumora Healthcare Services, which manages and operates Dental Claim Desk. “You” means any visitor to this website and any dental practice that engages our services. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Dental Claim Desk is a brand managed and operated by Lumora Healthcare LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India that trades as Lumora Healthcare Services. Under the Dental Claim Desk brand, we provide remote revenue cycle management (RCM) and billing support to dental practices in the United States.
2. Our services
Our services may include insurance verification, claims and coding, denial management, accounts receivable (AR) follow-up, payment posting and reporting. The exact scope, fees and service levels for each client are set out in a written service agreement, proposal or invoice. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document applies.
3. Use of this website
- You may use this website only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Content on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, tax or clinical advice.
- Examples and scenarios on this website are illustrative and do not promise any particular result.
- Please do not send patient health information through this website or in an initial enquiry.
4. Your responsibilities as a client
- Provide accurate and complete information, and timely access to your practice management software, clearinghouse and payer portals as needed.
- Remain responsible for clinical documentation, treatment decisions and the services billed under your providers’ credentials.
- Review and approve adjustments, write-offs and other decisions that the service agreement reserves for the practice.
- Keep your own records as required by law and by your payer contracts.
5. No guarantee of payer outcomes
Insurance payers make their own decisions on coverage, payment amounts and timing. We work to submit accurate claims and follow up diligently, but we cannot guarantee that any claim will be paid, paid in full, paid by a certain date, or that a denial will be overturned.
6. Fees and payment
- Fees are as quoted in your proposal, service agreement or invoice.
- We invoice per billing cycle, which is monthly unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Invoices are payable by the due date shown, using the payment methods listed on the invoice.
- Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we may suspend services after giving you written notice.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, and fees for the current billing cycle are not refunded. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Confidentiality and data protection
We keep client information confidential and use it only to provide our services. Protected health information that we process for a practice is handled under our service agreement with that practice, including any Business Associate Agreement required under HIPAA. Information collected through this website is covered by our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The content, design, text and logo on this website belong to Lumora Healthcare LLP and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Your practice data remains yours.
10. Limitation of liability
Unless your service agreement says otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or revenue; and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Third-party systems
Our work relies on third-party systems such as payer portals, clearinghouses and practice management software. We are not responsible for their availability, errors or policies.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or our services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Lumora Healthcare LLP will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed service agreement provides otherwise.
